Job Title: Junior Financial Adviser

Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 + Validation Bonus

Location: Norwich

A well-established Chartered Financial Planning firm, who pride themselves on tailored, specialist Financial Advice is continuing to grow due to a great reputation in the industry. They have a strong client following and have a large amount of FUM for a smaller business and they are now looking to bolster their advising team.

Provide Financial Advice across a diverse range of case types including Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, Tax & retirement planning. They also have an investment management offering, so this role will be varied and would suit someone who is really looking to utilise their technical knowledge and relationship management skills within an independent firm.

This is a great opportunity for a Junior Financial Planner to come into a technical firm who can offer a strong supply of leads to create a solid foundation within the role. Alongside full support within the role, there is also a generous bonus structure to accommodate the busy role.

The Required Skills:

• Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum and signed off with Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
• Track record of converting leads and generating lasting relationships with both introducers and clientele.
• Strong technical knowledge around pensions and Investments.
• Knowledge and understanding of cash-flow modeling would be advantageous.
