Junior Electronic Engineer

Avanti Recruitment has partnered with a growing engineering company in Sheffield that provides real-time monitoring systems to companies in a variety of industries. We’re looking for a junior electronics engineer to join their R+D team where you’ll work with their lead engineer on various new product development projects. You’ll be involved throughout the entire development life-cycle of designing brand new products while supporting their current product line and adding new functionality and features.

What we’re looking for:
Experience working with analogue, digital, or mixed-signal electronics + desire to learn more!
Experience with schematic capture & PCB design/layout on multiple projects (using Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD, etc.)

Great to have:
Enjoy playing with electronics in your spare time
Experience with Altium Designer
Some firmware development experience (STM32s would be amazing!)

On offer is a salary between £30-40,000, 5% pension contribution, 25 days holiday, hybrid working & core hour flexibility, and opportunities for bespoke 1-2-1 learning & development with an experienced engineer!
