A skilled and passionate Junior Developer is needed to join the team at this rapidly growing FinTech player with significant growth plans based in Bournemouth on a full-time basis. 

The company is the market leader in online retail finance technology. They enable businesses to quickly implement online credit as a customer payment option. The company has developed solid foundations and is growing rapidly. 

They have a thriving Bournemouth-based office and prioritise collaborative team building and training. Once fully trained, some flexibility to work from home will be available.

About the Role

They are looking for a Junior Developer who is willing to learn from an experienced team and who wants to broaden their skills in the latest web technologies. Must be happy to work in a small, tight-knit team that delivers excellence in everything they do, often within challenging time frames. 

This role is UK-based and requires you to be available to attend an office in Bournemouth 2 days per week. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bug fixing and help identify bugs and issues in the codebase
  • Documentation maintaining documentation on your work
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including second-line and production support
  • Providing finance module integration support to their existing and new merchants
  • Support onboarding new merchants and liaise with their support team during this process
  • Learn and follow industry best practices
