Tax & Advise, a UK accountancy and advisory practise, is seeking a Junior Company Secretarial to join the team in London.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring accurate client record keeping using the firm’s document management system.
  • Be the responsible person in charge of the Anti Money Laundering of all our clients
  • Assisting the head of company secretary in the effective management of the team’s workload and responsibilities.
  • Managing sensitive client information and inputting this into list and software
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM and maintaining database to include up to date email addresses, addresses, contact details etc.

SKILLS

To succeed in this role you will need to have:

  • good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • able to communicate in Spanish Language
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
  • attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work
  • the ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure
  • the capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills
  • teamworking skills
  • integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • organised and general administration experience

This is a part time position and the role is to start in May with the potential to became full time.
