Beautician - (Nail Technician/Facials)

Salary - £22-22,500k

Working hours - Tuesday - Saturday 37 hours per week

Our client in Northampton recently reopened in September 2023 under new management after building an extension and carrying out major refurbishment to modernise the beautiful hotel and spa whilst still honouring its history, traditional aesthetic, and charm. The new team are passionate about their customers experience with them and look forward to a bright new future.

They are looking for an experienced nail technician/esthetician who is team player, has a passion for what they do to join a small team in a newly opened spa.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application - Perform facial treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times.
- Offer skincare treatments such as facials, masks, and exfoliation
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Beautician
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and creativity
