Junior Analyst

• Contract: 6-12 month fixed term (with potential to become permanent)
• Salary: £23k - £25k
• Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days working from home)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

We are looking for a Junior BI Analyst to join our team on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract, with the scope to transition into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have experience in data management, complex data reporting, and a strong proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and SQL. This role is perfect for someone who is adept at creating reports, migrating data, managing dashboards, streamlining processes, and has a knack for problem-solving.

• Manage and ensure the integrity of various data sets through regular maintenance and validation.
• Develop and deliver complex data reports using Power BI and advanced Excel formulas.
• Take the lead on migrating data and managing dashboards to support business decisions.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of data reporting.
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic business decisions.
• Solve problems creatively and effectively, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in data management and complex data reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel, including formulas.
• Familiarity with data migration and dashboard management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Tableau and SQL is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
