Junior Accountant

Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing accountancy firm based in central Hampshire who are now recruiting for a skilled Junior Accountant who has 2+ years experienced working in an accountancy practice.

Role requirements:

You will have at least 2 years finance experience working as a junior accountant / trainee accountant within an accountancy practice. Ideally you will be studying for the AAT or ACA / ACCA qualification.

The ideal candidate will have basic experience with the following
Assisting with the preparation of clients' accounts
Completing client bookkeeping. - Sales & purchase ledger, preparing financial statements, preparing draft accounts up to trial balance
Completing quarterly VAT returns

This will be an ideal role for someone wanting to gain varied accounting experience whilst being mentored by a qualified accountant. We will provide full support as well as a competitive study package.
