Junior Account Manager
£19k + bonus £10-12k

The post holder will generate revenue through account management of a variation of sized current accounts plus the generation of new business accounts via inbound enquiries and web chat.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- For an established portfolio of existing large customers effectively manage, maintain and grow revenues
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospect calling, research and business development
- Efficiently and effectively manage and resolve customer problems
- Prospect and where needed visit new potential business
- Setting up appropriate pricing schedules in line with company objectives.
- Good sales and customer service skills
- A good team player
- Strong analytical capability
- High computer literacy skills
- Previous experience in a packaging related industry
- Proven experience of setting sales margins to maximise business profit
- Proven experience in delivering commission sales targets
