Description

• Design and develop scalable and efficient Java-based solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to promote professional growth.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with organisational goals and technical strategies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

Profile

Must haves:

• Java, J2EE
• Spring / Spring Boot
• Microservices
• Camunda or similar BPM tools
• Agentic development experience
• Hands on Solution Architect experience
• Hands on coding still up to date - able to do POC, help the development team when needed
• Database experience

Nice to haves:

• Claude
• n8n
• AWS
• Kubernetes / Docker
