Job Title: Full Stack Java Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 depending on level of experience

Location: South East England / Hybrid

Position Overview:
We have openings for Java Engineers at both the senior and junior level. As a Java Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop high-quality software solutions, contribute to the design and architecture of systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Java development.

Qualifications:

For Senior Level:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, React, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership abilities and the ability to mentor junior team members.

For Junior Level:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of Java programming language and willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
• Eagerness to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
