We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant / Secretary to join a global shipping line based in their stunning offices in the heart of the City. If you have PA experience and are fluent in Japanese, then we’d love to hear from you!
- Maintain office working environment/equipment, including coffee machine, stationery, PC/Laptop, air-con, etc.
- Pre-register visitors with online system, and meet and greet when required
- Manage incoming and outgoing posts and couriers, including shipment to vessels
- Manage/check expenses and credit card statements
- Make hotel reservation for overseas visitors
- Update and maintain holiday and travel records for all staff
- Update and maintain vessel schedule and circulate to internal/external parties
- Order business cards
- Arrange lunch and event bookings when required
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as required
This permanent position is paying a salary of £23k plus excellent benefits.
