Our client are looking for candidates with an IT background to help provide 1st Line Support in a Manufacturing environment.

The role does require occasional travel (Full UK Driving License required) across England but you will be provided with a car allowance and travel expenses covered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist users with login problems and software installations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.

Skills & Experience needed

  • Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.

The is a hybrid remote role, with occasional travel across the UK.

Salary- £25,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance
