Temporary to Permanent IT Support is required for our client at Pride Park.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in IT and who is customer-focused, you will report to the IT manager.

Duties Include:

  • Being the first point of contact for IT problems
  • Track IT support tickets
  • Providing first-line support, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems
  • Professional support to internal stakeholders including engineers
  • Diagnosing hardware issues
  • Preparing and ordering equipment including laptops and mobiles
  • Wiping hardware
  • Working with Microsoft 365

Requirements for the role:

  • First or second-line IT Support
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Experience in a customer focussed IT role

Salary up to 27k
