Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location: Oxfordshire / Wiltshire - Schools-based

Salary: Up to £32,000 p.a.

Responsibilities:

• First and Second Line Support:
• Promptly address IT support requests from school staff and students.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Onsite Support:
• Conduct onsite visits for hands-on support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Installation and Training:
• Install and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripherals.
• Provide user training and create user-friendly documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven IT support experience in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
• Familiarity with educational software and classroom technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Full, clean driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel within the area.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
