IT Support Technician - Rubery/Redditch - £26K

I'm recruiting on behalf of my client, in the education industry for an IT Support Technician to join their technical team working from two schools in Rubery and Redditch.

In the role you would be supporting their end users across the UK on a range of issues including Windows OS, Windows Server, Office 365, Networking (Cabling and Wireless Networks), and Computer Hardware. The role does also include occasional field visits around the UK therefore, you will need a driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a user base across the UK on a range of IT issues
  • Ensuring completion of tickets and ticket prioritising
  • Upgrade hardware
  • Supporting the network

Skills required:

  • Windows OS
  • Office 365
  • Windows Server
  • Computer hardware (Projecors, laptops)
  • Networking (Cabling and Wireless Networks)
