Our client, specialists in the legal sector, are looking for an IT Support Supervisor to join their team of experts. The role of the IT Support Supervisor will be to support the external vendor providing support on 1st line work, help the internal IT team with more advanced on-site issues and provide an effective IT support process for end users within the company.

What the IT Support Supervisor will be doing:

  • Supervising the external & internal IT Support team to help provide the highest level of service possible.
  • Be hands on with 1st/2nd Support when required.
  • Provide regular communication with end users in the business for feedback on improvements and modifications on the IT service.
  • Coordinate IT operations and projects, while also authorizing things like holidays.
  • Run daily meetings with both internal and external IT teams.
  • Review IT tickets and performances to maintain levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain IT stock and purchasing of new stock.

What you can offer to the IT Support Supervisor role:

  • Proven skills with supervising internal and external IT teams.
  • Excellent communicational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft & Windows technologies.
  • Experience with Exchange & Active Directory.
  • Personable and an attitude for constant development.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
