Wealth Management firm: IT Support Executive
A boutique wealth planner, asset manager, and employee benefits specialist are seeking an IT Support Executive to oversee the outsourced IT relationships and lead the delivery of internal IT projects across the business. This role is essential in providing support to the Head of IT and the operations team. It presents a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the IT function, supporting the growing number of staff with their working-from-home and office IT needs.
Salary up to £40,000
Location: The role will be primarily based across our clients offices in London and Surrey, with flexibility in line with our hybrid working policy (2 days in the office and 3 from home).
Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day IT Management: You will be responsible for IT systems, software, and hardware support. This includes managing IT inductions and home-working set-ups.
Reporting Structure: You will report to the Head of IT & Marketing and work closely with the Operations Director, Chief Operating Officer, and external IT support provider
