Morgan Hunt are working with a leading international professional practice, with an office in Glasgow

As the IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line
support working closely with the IT Manager to make sure all incidents are closed within a timely manner.

Role Responsibilities

* Reporting to IT Manager and working alongside wider helpdesk team to ensure all business systems are supported and maintained to a high standard

* Assist with daily general IT Support to all group users.

* Support IT projects

* Provide onsite support where required across UK sites

You will ideally have:

* Current full driving licence

* Familiar with windows 10 setup & rollout

* Office 365

* Working knowledge of windows servers & active directory management

* IT HelpDesk administration experience.

* Exposure to cloud-based systems, Azure, AW

* Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

* Flexible working attitude

* Ability to manage priorities and workflow

Details

  • £30,000- 35,000
  • Glasgow
  • Hybrid Working- 2/3 days in the office
  • Ideally they would like a driving licence to visit other sites
