Role Overview: As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our internal teams. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring systems, and assisting with network administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to IT support requests and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Providing technical assistance and training to end-users.
  • Managing user accounts and access permissions.
  • Collaborating with IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades.
  • Assisting with IT projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
