IT Support Engineer

£30,000 - £40,000 basic

Salisbury Office - hybrid working available


Your Challenge

Working as part of a small but growing team of 6, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects as well as providing remote and on-site support to customers, no matter how big or small their problems are.

You will be getting stuck in and hands on visiting locate clients sites when required, building long-term relationships whilst providing project and BAU support.

About You:

First and foremost, you should be an experienced 2nd/3rd line support engineer, ideally with some project delivery experience.

You have some experience with the following technologies:

  • M365
  • Azure
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Networking technologies - routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs
  • VMWare
  • Hyper-V

Experience working with another Managed Service Provided (MSP) is preferred.

You must have a Full UK driving licence.
