IT Support Engineer

Our client is a forward-thinking IT support and managed service provider who is looking for an eager and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity as the business is looking to grow and take on new projects. The company is based in Livingston, and they are looking for a successful candidate to be on-site full-time. If you have prior experience in IT Support, ideally around the 2nd Line level. Experience Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a helpdesk role and a passion for technology.
- Engaging customer relations skills with a passion to help and be helpful.
- Strong understanding of networks, protocols, and internet technologies.
- Experience with Windows, Apple, Microsoft 365, and common end-user devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to diverse clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Be a proactive problem-solver, identifying and resolving complex queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues and escalate challenges for quick solutions.
- Assist with projects like Office 365 migrations and client onboarding.
- Generate client proposals for new hardware and manage installations.
- Grow your skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the tech curve.
