Exciting Opportunity for IT Support Engineer in Reading, Berkshire!

Join our expanding client as an IT Support Engineer in a full-time, office-based role. Transportation is essential for this position.

We offer a competitive salary range of £30k-£35k.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for managing a busy support desk, handling tickets via phone and email.

Required Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop and applications

Experience with Office 365 administration

Knowledge of networking protocols

Familiarity with ticketing systems

Ability to install and configure new equipment and software upgrades
