You must have over 5 years experience working and providing IT Support with experience in maintaining various Microsoft operating systems, ensuring robust network control through Cisco routing, and administering Microsoft's cloud-based solutions like Azure and Microsoft 365. The IT Support Engineer must be able to operate from a 1st line engineer, all the way through to 3rd line, offering escalation within the team where possible.
The ideal candidate must have recent experience and skills in -
- Core Microsoft 365 technology stacks such as Endpoint Manager, Azure, and Exchange.
- Windows Server.
- Active Directory, DNS.
- Cisco.
- Network troubleshooting and design.
- VMware.
- SharePoint (both on-premise and online).
- Dynamics 365.
