A requirement has arisen for a IT Support Engineer located in Reigate, Surrey (Inside IR35)
- To provide high quality and responsive customer facing Desktop Support
- Commission and decommission computer assets using prefined procedures; e.g printers, PC's, memory sticks, office moves, etc.
- To be responsible for analysing basic IT system issues (e.g hardware, etc.) and ensuring that they are resolved effectively
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support & data network
Travel between sites will be required and having access to own transport (with business travel insurance) is essential as you will need to carry equipment.
