IT Support Engineer - Mansfield- £27K
Up to £27K depending on experience
A well-established Managed Service Provider based in Mansfield are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team ASAP. They need someone who is technically strong with Servers, Security Platforms, Virtualisation and Networking.
This business requires a confident individual to provide technical support to their clients, who are based throughout the UK. It is an exciting time to join this company who are expanding year upon year, hence the need to add an additional member to their team.
No day is the same in this role and it is varied in the sense it will consist of both internal functions and Managed Service offerings. This will be a busy, fast paced position where you will gain exposure to a lot of the newest technology out there.
They are looking for someone at a 1st/2nd Line level with any of the following skills. Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is also highly desirable:
* Windows Server
* Active Directory / Group Policy
* Office 365
* VMware / Hyper-V
* Knowledge of Backup technologies
* Networking - Router/Switch/Firewall configuration
* Relevant industry certifications are highly beneficial - MCSA/MCP, CCNA, ITIL Foundation Certified
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Driving Licence - Essential (for customer site visits)
