IT Support Engineer - 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst
Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation to help them secure a talented IT Support Engineer. You will be tasked with the following,
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change. I
- Proficiency in Hardware and Software Asset Management processes.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications and services, including administration within the tenant.
- Exposure to Intune and Autopilot would be highly advantageous.
- Installation and a configuration of hardware and software
- Handheld device support
The ideal candidate will be expected to be in the office the full-time, however there maybe some flexibility once you have picked up the technical environment to a day a week from home.
