Employer Description :

Based in Bath with our head office in Bath, Tivarri is a cybersecurity and cloud computing consultancy, focused on providing cloud services for financial services organisations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To work on the Helpdesk dealing with customer’s IT issues and ensure helpdesk systems, logs and records are kept up to date.
  • To provide an initial analysis and work to provide a first fix for the customer whenever possible.
  • Escalate issues and alert a senior member of staff as appropriate
  • Be aware of Service Level Agreements and monitor performance against them
  • Be able to diagnose technical faults quickly and accurately using the remote access diagnostic tools available.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent customer facing skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and associated applications e.g., Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication, problem solving and technical writing skills.

Personal Qualities: 

  • Able to work as part of team
  • Not to be afraid to ask questions
  • Honesty – we pride ourselves in being honest with each other and our clients

Desired Qualifications:

Good GCSE passes in Maths and English.  A levels (or equivalent) advantageous, but not essential.

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
