Our client an International Technology organisation, is now seeking to appoint a Graduate/IT Support Analyst to join their Cambridge based team. This role reports to the Service Desk Manager.

The role will be targeted at a Graduate or Junior IT Support Analyst with previous Helpdesk experience or relevant Degree. The individual will demonstrate a high level of organisation skills with a keen focus on Customer Service and dedication to troubleshooting.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking for their first step into the IT Industry to gain experience with an International Organisation which can offer extensive training and the opportunity to work on upcoming projects. This is a fast-paced role which will involve supporting Internal IT and telephony systems, as well as providing support to external clients.
