IT Support Analyst - 1st Line- Sutton-In-Ashfield £27k

My client are a successful business and are in a great position as income (and growth of the firm) is continually rising year on year. I am looking for an experienced 1st Line Support analyst to carry out day-to-day troubleshooting and user support activities (Circa 150 users across 6 sites)

Your remit will be broad and you will work with a wide range of tech including Infrastructure, Networks, Telephony, Servers, Back up and Security. You will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting and user support, installing hardware and software updates on user machines. The staff here are friendly and laid back with a great team culture where your voice will be heard and valued.

Having had an in depth chat with the hiring manager. There is plenty of opportunities to progress with training and support offered consistently. This is a place where you can develop your skillset and take on more complex projects including 2nd and 3rd line.

The role is based in Sutton-In-Ashfield and the working hours will be Monday-Thursday 8am-4.15pm and Friday 8am-3pm. You will be required to visit other sites when required so you will need a full driving licence.
