Our client a market leading in the field is looking to recruit the services of an IT Support Analyst to undertake both 1st & 2nd Line support including desktop, applications and systems support. The role is to support end users with problem solving and technical support for hardware, software, network, systems and related peripherals. Maintain documentation and work on IT related projects where appropriate. The successful candidate will be asked to log and record helpdesk calls, take ownership and escalate the call where appropriate. Therefore good communication skills is required. Additional duties include support and management of the backup solution, systems administration and network support including LAN/WAN support and cable management. The successful candidate will have a proven background of 1st & 2nd line support with good understanding of PC hardware platform including desktop and mobile. Experience of supporting Windows XP /Windows 7 and Office 2010 is required as is experience of Windows 2003 / 2008 Server. MCSE or MCP certification is highly desirable
Candidates must be available to start by 3rd April 2018.
