Our client, a reputable regional law firm, is seeking a dedicated IT Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and thrive in a professional environment, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line troubleshooting support for software, hardware, and network-related issues, including Citrix and Windows.
- Accurately log all calls in our Service Desk tool and maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Manage the configuration and installation of new hardware and software, such as laptops, desktops, and iPhones.
- Administer Active Directory, including setting up new starters and managing the leavers process.
- Maintain a high level of customer service for all support queries and adhere to internal processes.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Microsoft products, including 365, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Intune.
- Handle escalated tickets, ensuring timely resolution and providing regular feedback to clients.
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft Teams Telephony system.
- Assist in office moves and IT equipment setups across the business.
- Travel to regional sites to provide onsite support.
- Provide assistance to other IT teams on project-related work.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and Active Directory administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and adhere to internal processes.
- Willingness to travel to regional sites when required.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony system is desirable.
This role is based from offices in Sale, Manchester and pays a salary in the region of £25,000.
