We're in search of an individual who thrives on steering projects and providing exceptional customer support. This role demands effective communication and collaboration with technical teams to ensure projects align with customer and business timelines and expectations. Moreover, the ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of service metrics and KPIs, using this knowledge to generate service reports and service improvement recommendations.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Excellent organisational skills to accurately plan and deliver projects
  • Effective and clear communication across all levels
  • Can work within an operational IT environment
  • Ability to accurately document and maintain records accordingly
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to own and manage incidents and issues through to resolution
  • Can understand service levels, KPIs and produce reports and improvement plans based upon the information
  • Previous project management experience
  • Experience within an ITIL environment or exposure to ITIL service management practices beneficial
  • Experience working for or with a managed service provider
