IT Security & Systems Officer

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for cybersecurity and systems management? We're seeking an experienced IT Security & Systems Officer. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining effective IT governance practices while driving digitalization initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• IT Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks. Develop risk management strategies and integrate them into IT processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure IT governance effectiveness. Provide regular updates on performance and compliance.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with procurement to manage vendor contracts and service-level agreements.
• Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs on IT security policies and best practices.
• Business Impact Analysis: Manage BIA-IT process to assess IT disruptions and develop continuity strategies.
• IT Audits: Plan and execute IT audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Group Security Program: Oversee implementation of security policies and incident response procedures.
• Application Management: Manage lifecycle of applications to align with business needs and governance requirements.
• Digitalization: Drive initiatives to enhance business processes and leverage technology for innovation.
• Project Management: Provide oversight for IT project management activities to ensure timely delivery.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in information security and systems management.
• Strong knowledge of IT frameworks, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in managing various IT systems and applications, including ERP and CRM solutions.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or PMP are desirable.
