IT Security Support Analyst
DK Recruitment are seeking a IT Security Support Analyst on behalf of our client who are a national retail organisation expanding the team. We are looking for someone to maintain and develop the functionality, understanding, use and security of company IT Solutions in a manner that best promotes the company purpose.
- You will be involved in the maintenance, support and reliability of the IT environment, including 365 & cloud services, infrastructure, physical & virtual servers.
- You will keep up to date with the latest security technology developments and emerging cyber security threats, providing future recommendation
- Conduct security assessments through vulnerability testing and risk analysis.
- Provide first line support to end users when required, logging, monitoring, escalating and resolving IT queries.
Location: Plymouth (1 day per week WFH)
Salary: Up to £31,000
