As a trainee or experienced recruitment consultant you will be joining an ambitious and high performing sales business that is currently achieving its best ever year! (2016)
We are looking to continue that success by adding additional team members to the already successful sales team.
As a recruitment consultant your role is to qualify vacancies and establish relationships with both existing and new clients. You will be approaching the market using a variety of sources available to you in order to select the very best candidate for each vacancy.
The successful individuals will be responsible for:

º Achieving sales targets

º Business to Business sales in the technology sector
º New business development
º Revenue generation
º Account management/Development

Additional Information
£18,000 - £30,000 pa plus benefits that include a generous holiday entitlement, training and pension.

The financial rewards are unrivalled in our sector and you can expect to earn £50K/80KUncapped within your first and second year dependant on your own success and drive.
Plus Complimentary attendance to our annual conference (Las Vegas, Puerto Banus, Dublin, Prague, Hamburg) and monthly and quarter social events / incentives

Personal specification:

At least 2 years stable recruitment experience - if not B2B IT sales experience
Ideally knowledge of one of our 4 key market sectors: reseller, MSP, distribution, vendor
Drive to forge a career in a 360 recruitment role
