IT Operations Engineer

Salary £35,392 Hybrid Work Pattern 27-day Holiday plus Bank Holidays

I am currently recruiting for a public sector organisation seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team responsible for providing a responsive technical service, managing systems, and installing upgrades or new systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have worked with Active H and have experience of doing configuration.
• Experience of operating within a ticket system, and managing business as Usage
• Experience of working with Active Directory & VMware
• Experience of MS Exchange Server

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of server, storage, network, and cloud infrastructure.
• The ability to work in a team and manage complex systems.

Due to the highly technical nature of this post, the successful candidate will be required to have a deep understanding of IT operations and infrastructure.
