IT Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our team in London. As the senior IT and technology leader, you will oversee all aspects of infrastructure, hardware, and software within our organization. Your role will be integral to the success of various IT projects, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
Manage infrastructure, hardware, and software systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance IT processes and workflows. Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and escalations.
Lead and support the ongoing ERP (Microsoft) system project, leveraging your ERP experience to drive successful outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs and requirements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our IT systems remain cutting-edge and effective.
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar IT leadership role, with a strong background in infrastructure, hardware, and software management.
Expertise in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
