IT Manager

The Company

My client are a Manufacturing Business with office in London. Organic growth sees them recruiting for a IT Manager to join their team.

The Role

• Manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems.
• Lead and mentor a small team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the IT department, driving efficiencies and enhancing productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions to meet them.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.

Your Profile

To apply for this role you will have had at least 3 years in a similar role for an SME business. You will be happy with a hands on role and will be motivated to transform the technology team.

Salary & Benefits

£70,000 - 85,000 + bonus dependant on experience
