Are you a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a small, but growing IT function?

We are looking for an IT Manager to join a dynamic digital agency, and take charge of all IT-related aspects within the organisation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of digital infrastructure, as well as providing technical support to staff, and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department

• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and secure operation of digital infrastructure.

• Maintain and optimize cyber security measures to protect systems and data from potential threats.

• Manage infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based services (Azure), with a focus on scalability and performance.

• Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, utilizing your project management skills.

• Act as a consultant to senior management, providing expert advice and guidance on IT-related matters.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably within a technology-driven environment.

- Strong knowledge and experience in cyber security, infrastructure management, Azure, helpdesk support, project management, and IT consulting.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.

- Solid understanding of IT systems and networks, including software, and Azure.

- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving IT issues, with a customer-oriented approach.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
