**The Role:**

As an IT Helpdesk Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in our team, reporting directly to the helpdesk manager. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive IT support both remotely and on-site at customer locations. Collaborating closely with our talented team of IT professionals, you’ll tackle challenges head-on, utilising your problem-solving skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and expertise in remote support.

**Skills Required:**

- Minimum three years of experience in IT services support

- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Internet technologies and cloud computing

- Familiarity with network technologies

- Strong knowledge of MS Windows Desktop

- Bonus points for experience with Microsoft 365 and MS Office suite

- Hardware expertise in PC/laptop builds and setups

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

- Flexible, adaptable, and adept at lateral thinking

- Possession of a valid UK driving license
