We are looking for a 1st line support help desk analyst for an initial 3 month contract.
-Receiving, logging and initial management of incidents on the help desk
-Front-line support- triage and resolution of incidents
-Appropriate escalation of issues to the back-line support team
-Customer service/support experience
-Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
-Excellent organisational skills
-Knowledge of ITL process, standard procedures and SLAs
-Support desktops, laptops and mobile devices
Salary: £10 - £15 p/h
