Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this IT Category Manager role has strategic responsibility for managing the IT Procurement category across the UK & Ireland. Working closely with key internal stakeholders, you will be tasked with creating and executing a category plan to maximise value. Working within a high-performing procurement team, this role offers hybrid working opportunities and scope for personal and career development.

What you'll need to succeed
For you to be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrable IT procurement experience and have the ability to align the IT strategy to the current procurement objectives within the organisation. The range of spend encompasses Software, Hardware and IT Services with exposure to one of these areas sufficient. The organisation are looking for a procurement professional who can operate as a trusted business partner to key stakeholders and embody their cultural values. With strong influencing and negotiation skills, you will be able to demonstrate a positive, self-motivated approach to your work.
