As IT and Business Systems Manager you will be overseeing the firm's IT budget including hardware, software and third party services spend, as well as taking control of development of information and data with a focus on improving reliability, stability and relevance for improving factory operational efficiencies.
A mission critical component of the job is the development of new ways of data collection, database solutions and preparation of performance reports for the wider management team as part of a continuous improvement plan.
Duties will include day to day management of a small dedicated IT Team to provide all resources with appropriate IT support and up to date technology to ensure maximum operational efficiencies across all functions.
Probably you will have around 5 years minimum experience in an SME manufacturing environment and be familiar with the latest data collection tools, management of database systems and techniques.
