Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Individual Savings Account (ISA) Specialist to join their dynamic team. What you'll do:

As an Individual Savings Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the transfer of ISAs, Junior ISAs, and Lifetime ISAs. You will be responsible for understanding the entire transfer journey, ensuring that each step is executed flawlessly to provide an excellent customer experience. Your input will be vital in improving processes, demonstrating your commitment to efficiency and effectiveness.   • Manage the processing of all ISA, Junior ISA and Lifetime ISA Transfers In and Out
  • Understand and execute the end-to-end transfer journey for customers, ensuring an excellent experience
