International Sales Manager - Precision Materials and Equipment - UK - IM3352

Salary / benefits: c£50-70k, plus car allowance and bonus

Job Outline:

Due to upcoming retirement, a market leader in the provision of high technology materials and instrumentation are looking for an International Sales Manager to join their Sales Team.

As International Sales Manager, you will actively seek out and obtain new customers while growing the business with current customers resulting in increased sales revenues, market share and profitability.

Your role will include managing your diary to achieve the company sales objectives.

You will nurture and build relationships, provide good customer service, attend trade shows, keep up to date with customer and market activity and make recommendations for growth.

Supporting customers after sale is also important and will require you to address customers concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

In addition to working with customers and prospective customers you will also work with suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met.

This is an International Sales role, which will require you to travel and be away from home regularly. You should be comfortable and available to travel and stay overnight away from home. Travel is likely to be up to 30% of your time, throughout UK and also Overseas.

Experience:

It is essential, that you have at least 5 years’ experience in Technical Sales and Sales Management, gained within the Semiconductor, Glass Coatings, Electronics, Thin Film, UHV sectors or similar.

You should have a sound knowledge of basic manufacturing engineering processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

As the successful International Sales Manager, a Bachelors in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, or Business is preferred but not essential. Substantial relevant work experience is also considered.

Additional Information:

You will be required to travel regularly throughout the UK and worldwide, therefore a willingness to travel and stay away from home are essential.

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK. Copies of Passports and Visas will be requested for verification.

Candidates MUST hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
