Location: Hybrid/Remote - United Kingdom

What You Will Get To Do:
  • Submitting payroll instructions to third party payroll providers and providing assistance when needed
  • Oversee the process of new hires, terminations and changes within the payroll system.
  • Prepare the payroll for submission to the following pay groups:
  • EMEA- (Romania, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, Ireland, UK, Austria, Finland, Poland, Israel, Turkey)
  • APAC- (Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, South Korea, India)
  • Mexico, Brazil - ADP
  • Collect payroll data from Workday HRIS and local HR team during month
  • Collect details for One Time Payments such as Commissions etc.
  • Adhere to cut off as per timetable
  • Communicate data to service providers in a consistent format
  • Audit payroll preview once it has been calculated
  • Validate all payroll elements
  • Ensure the payments are made on time, in accordance with local requirements
What You Will Bring:
  • Prefer international experience (ADP Streamline or similar product)
  • Experience with variable pay (e.g. Commissions, Bonus payments)
  • Benefit in Kind Tax reporting (e.g. P11D UK)
  • Experience with liaising with payroll bureau providers
  • Knowledge of payroll process/documentation
  • Worked in a US or international company
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on accountability and attention to details
  • Pension contributions and reports
  • Treatment of compensation and benefits for long term absences /maternity leavers
  • Support employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Record Retention
