IT Talent Resourcing Adviser - up to £40,000 + Benefits - Leeds
A fantastic opportunity for a professional, driven Recruiter to join a market leading business as part of their internal recruitment team, supporting both operational and head office business areas with delivery of a quality recruitment function.
You will take the lead in recruiting for both technical and IT sectors of the business, and so a keen understanding of these areas would be of a definite advantage; the ability to conservatively support your stake holders and attract the best possible talent being absolutely key.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your internal partners, key stakeholders and hiring managers in order to build a strong understanding of recruitment requirements. Using your exceptional people skills, you will be able to source, build rapport with and effectively screen candidates, matching their experience and talent to your vacancies and facilitating their seamless introduction to the business.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within head office/technical level recruitment, ideally having a knowledge of IT, Operations or Process roles, and will thrive working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Experience of working in an internal basis would be advantageous (but not essential!), as would the ability to work on multiple projects ensuring that you can effectively prioritise your workload.
