This role is ideal for an experienced Team Leader or Sales Executive who is looking to develop their career, be a true people manager, who can coach and develop others.
What does the role involve?
Candidates will be confident to coach and mentor a team of internal sales people to ensure they are meeting set KPI’s and effectively managing customer expectations. You will become a leader in your field and will ensure all pricing is managed in line with SIG guidelines whilst ensuring the customer is receiving the best quality service from your team.
In this position, you will oversee, support and give guidance to the existing sales team with hands-on approach. It is a role that will see you collaborating closely with your counterparts in transport and logistics as well as managing the expectations of the Sales Office Manager and the Regional
Sales Manager regarding the outputs of the internal sales team.
As Internal Sales Team Leader you will develop and maintain new sales which will be beneficial and profitable. You will pro-actively target new customers in a role that will see you collaborating closely with the warehouse team and suppliers alike. Regularly engaging with our external sales force and credit control teams, you’ll also input orders onto our system and maintain our sales records.
Being IT literate is a must as you will process all orders online / PC. If you have a flair for customer service, good IT skills and are looking for somewhere to enhance your career, this role is ideal!
