We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join one of our teams in our Bracknell office. Our sales teams work with our many partners including Apple, Cisco, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Samsung, Sony and hundreds of more. Our Internal Sales Executives are the first point of contact for Tech Data customers delivering a highly professional customer experience.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
- Build Excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement
- Plan outbound calls to customers in order to generate new business opportunities
- Active in bound selling
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers
- Pro-actively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Customer Focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven and successful telephone sales background
- The ability to influence sales
- Building structured sales activity
- High energy and motivating
- Ability to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolio
- IT industry knowledge - Channel, Vendors and Competition
- Previous experience with IT Resellers desirable
