Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring the efficient operation of end-user devices

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
  • Respond to help desk tickets and inquiries in a timely & professional manner.
  • Conduct regular system and software updates to ensure security and performance.
  • Educate and support end-users on technology best practices and usage.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in IT projects, contributing to the planning and implementation of new technologies.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience: The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Experience with Windows environment (10, 11, Server 2016, 2019, and 2022)
  • Proficiency with MS Office/365
  • AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy administration experience
  • Hands-on experience with computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, including setup, administration, and rebuilding.

Desirable Skills/Nice to Have: In addition to the key competencies, the following skills and experiences are desirable:

  • O365/Azure Administration experience, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Email (Hybrid to premise)
  • Backup Software
  • VMware
  • Wireless
  • Anti-Virus
  • Networked Printers
  • VPN
  • Power BI
  • MDM
  • Writing IT Documentation
  • Familiarity with Ubuntu and Mac OS
